yes indeed i lost everything i own back in 2005 and the manager lived above me. She was aware of the problem and totally live with them. The whole floor and upbove and under me was contaminated. manager told me to just purchase protector for bed and I would be fine.

There were many appartments infected in 2003. I am not sure now
