Was walking toward the Bx11 bus and noticed two wrapped up mattresses next to the garbage of this building. The mattresses, one could've been a boxspring, was not wrapped up very well. There was a white plastic wrapping on both of them that covered the mattresses about 3/4 and the white wrappings were held together by blue duct tape. The blue duct tape was applied not too well. It was on one of the coldest and most windy days of this year and the wrapping was blowing all over the place exposing the mattresses. One of the mattresses was placed up on its side and next to an apartment window. The other mattress was laying down flat and it was either thrown there or the wind blew it down, semi blocking the sidewalk.

These people did not take precautions with these items at all and the apartment right next to the garbage is at risk of infestation because the mattresses were right there. People walking in the street are also at risk by walking by these items not properly wrapped.
