Apartment 5Z in this large complex is infested with bedbugs and fleas. Tenant is a hoarder, lives in filth, and has had a fire here but continues to hoard. Numerous bedbugs, fleas, and flying insects were seen throughout this apartment, as well as sowbugs in the kitchen.
