I live in this building and it has bedbugs combined with unresponsive management. They infested the building 2 years ago and have made a return. They are on multiple floors and the exterminator's treatments are ineffective. The management company does not make necessary repairs to the space in order to prevent reinfestattion unless they are taken to court. The super's work is sloppy and less than thorough. The whole building is suspect. Confirmed apartment infestations: 4B, 4C, 5B, 6B.
