I had bedbugs while living in apt. #17 from 2006-2007. I no longer liver there. Every apartment on my floor had them, as did several others on different floors. I suspect the entire building is deeply infested. The landlord would only exterminate my apt (with a mediocre exterminator). He refused to treat the whole building and relied on other residents inability to speak English, thus complain, to get out of treating their apartments. He lies to incoming residents about the problem.
