beyond dissappointed on 02/15/2011

I saw two bugs wednesday february 9, 2010. Called an exterminator to come and they found were living in my Living Room furniture!!! Had them exterminated Thursday February 10, 2010. The exterminator informed me that he came in. November to kill them in my neighbor apt. And the building tenants were never informed!!!
