I live in the building and have not had any problems but I know that last month (Nov 2012) there was a problem in 5F. I know that at sometime in the summer previous (Summer 2011) while a subletter was in my Apt that there was an issue on 6th floor, I believe 6F.
The building is very responsive and will treat the apt's above and below an effected room whenever there is a problem. Couldn't help but want to write something here however, since it is odd noone has posted about the problem.
