On Feb. 12th, 2011, at around 2am, my partner and I noticed a small bug on the bed. We started looking and found a few small nests of bed bugs on our bed frame, box spring and mattress. The entire day, we followed the directions provided by NYC gov. on how to clean up, get rid of them, etc. We sprayed bed bug spray, encased our box spring/mattress in a certified protector, we vacuumed, cleaned the floors, basedboards...everything. We also washed all of our clothing, linens...everything we ow
ned. What couldn't be washed, we threw out on closed plastic bags.
This was the second time in 3 years that this has happened!!
Our building is already infested with roaches, and this just makes things worse.
The city should check out 29 Convent Avenue as there is a pest problem here!!!
