This condo complex is known as Towers on the Park. These are owner occupied and seemingly less likely to experience bed bug infestations. Management placed notices on every door in January 2008 advising owners that "less than ten" units had been infested with bed bugs. When my next door neighbor in 5D got them, more notices were placed in our hall advising us we would likely be next and we should take precautions. As owners, it's difficult to simply move out. I now sleep with the lights on and have had 3 precautionary treatments which included drilling holes in my walls.
