There have been recurring bedbug infestations in this building since January 07 or earlier. The management treats each apartment individually. Often, when one apartment is treated, the bugs move into/spill over into a neighboring one, whose residents then have to go through the whole treatment themselves. The management does their minimum legal duty and exterminates, but the problem is building wide, not apartment-by-apartment, and seems very likely to continue recurring. A number of apartments (mostly on the fourth and fifth floors) have had bed bugs twice in the last year. There have been two major bouts with the bedbugs - one in December 2006-February 2007 (3 apartments, at least), and one July 2007-October 2007 (4 apartments, at least).
