Bed bugs were found in late 2014 in a deceased mans apartment on the 2nd floor. They appeared to have spread into the adjoining apartment on the 3rd floor. The tenant was a hoarder, so it took time to clear the apartment. Both apartments were treated and there have been no reports into 2015. The building super is on site and very vigilant at keeping his building clear of bedbugs.
