Several apartments are infested with bedbugs on the 2nd floor of the apartment building. They do not inform the residents even if the adjacent apartment is infested. I learned of it when one of my neighbors informed me of it. This happened in August 2012, at this time I found out an apatment above me on the 3rd floor had also been infested.
