The above entry's are flat out lies and fabrications including the one that is reportedly from Randy V. Obviously someone is trying to tarnish the Chatsworth and the service oriented reputation that is has. Randy V is the landlord. He is one of the few landlords that have taken a proactive approach in keeping bed bugs out of the building. He routinely has a bed bug sniffing dog sweep the building and has provided a bed bug oven for tenants to heat their suitcases after returning from a hotel.

I just moved into the the building and already have bugs all over the place. The super Randy says its my fault and says I have to pay. He is rude and does know how to treat a lady. Beautiful apartment, but garish lobby and ugly service
