Stayed at the Holiday Inn Midtown (440 W 57 St NYC)on October 26 and 27. Experienced a bed bug the night of the 27. Killed same and noticed blood on the sheets. A couple of days later noticed a bit mark on my lower leg. Reported it twice to management and the reply was - \"we don\'t have bed bugs.
Later phone Holiday Inn Customer Satisfaction to report incident and to date have not had a reply from them.
