I was told that a studio apartment in Equity Residential's 600 Washington St. had a bedbug problem in August, 2009. Apparently, the tenant traveled a lot and probably brought the bugs back from a trip. I do not know if the bugs have spread although apparently a lot of studios are becoming vacant. I don't know that this is related. The building took steps to eradicate the infestation, but I do not know whether the treatment has been successful. I understand that eliminating bedbugs can be a
