I've lived at 165 Christopher St. for over 8 years, and my apt has not been affected at all by bedbugs.

It is absolutely false that "the entire building is infested". There have been less than 5% of the apts having any bedbugs at all. These reports are slanderous about the building.

The entire building seems to be inffected largely due to the managment's poor response. In my case, all the apartments around mine were inffected but I was not notified nor was my apartment treated. Five months later my apartment too was inffected and it took managment 3 months to respond.

Bedbug infestation in many apartments in the 165 Christopher St building at least from May through now in 2011, spread throughout mostly on 4th and 5th floors.

Abalon exterminator is the company dealing with it but it is a continuing issue.
