I had thought I could return to a normal life, but just found another live bug, after the exterminators have come twice!

Someone in the apartment building put a mattress in the garbage room, and it was infested with live bed bugs. I have seen a few of the bugs in my room. My girlfriend was bitten a lot.

Building management has said that they had received two oher calls about bed bugs, but they haven't said what they will do about it.
