Bed bug problems began in October, 2010. Management referred us to an exterminator, which they paid for. No dogs were brought, nothing was done to surrounding apartments. Exterminator has come 5 times and wants us to pay for a dog before they come again. I'm not convinced they are gone, 4 months later. To be continued...
