Sept. 2008 -
The property management for this building uses a rental broker in NYC. One of the owners of this rental brokerage said that he DID know about the bed bug infestation.....however, continued to have his assistants show and rent the units without disclosing the infestation problem to the potential renters. Sick! Immoral! Greedy!

In fact, not 2 weeks after one tenant moved out because of the bugs, her unit was re-rented, and the poor new tenant has no idea of what they\'re about to move into.

I would NEVER use this brokerage firm again....if you Google the address of this building and call them, you\'ll be given the broker\'s contact info. Please.......look it up!
