Bed bugs in couch and bed in apartment 16... watch out for this building.

our apartment had bedbugs. 516 east 12th street apt 10 july 2008, all beds/ futon were infested.

Rat Mites (tiny bugs that live on rats and bite humans in bed-buggish ways, live in furniture, impossible to get rid of, etc.) and possibly bed bugs infesting the entire ground floor and basement apartments, possibly entire building. Landlord could not get rid of vermin, despite "efforts."
