LIved in the apartment for 5 years and repeatedly had bedbugs form the neighboring apartments. the landlords didn't do much to stop it and many of the tenants complained about it/ knew they had them and didn't do anything about it. i sealed my apt and exterminated about 7 times over the course of the three years i fought them before i gave up and moved. it kills me to think that unsuspecting people will move in again.
