Memorial Day of 2010.. group of friends found blood stains on used mattresses, bites on bodies, etc... After going to exterminator confirmed they were bed bug bites. Upon notifying landlord, refused to spray for them and said they were our groups fault for bringing them in. Don't fall pray to this guy.
