My apartment (#3) shares the wall with 2009 Bergenline, which also had bedbugs. The bedbugs were treated in my apartment at MY expense (b/c the landlord took no responsibility for it) 5 times, and I finally had to move because they could never get rid of them.
First treatment was 7/6/11. I moved out 9/15/11. The health department was notified, and will force the landlord to actively treat this apartment, as she cannot rent it unless it's bedbug free.
