Moved in to the Cedar's 94 apartment complex about a year ago, things were very nice and the price was very good. About 10 months ago, the bites started, I went to the doctors office and they could not figure it out! I was prescribed medicine for things not related to bedbugs, and that was very frustrating. The local pest control company "plunket's" is -useless- in their treatment of bedbugs. The building is infested and it's tax on the mind is very hard to cope with. I am moving, and throwing a
