Have only lived in this apartment one month and already found bites on my two-year-old daughter. It's disgusting they would allow anyone new to move into this building when they are aware of the bed bug problem (and THEY ARE WELL AWARE). Wish I would've seen this site before I moved in.
Building manager sent Terminix to spray and when the PCO showed up, he said his work order was only for ONE BED. They don't even treat the entire apartment, let alone the entire building.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not stay here it has to be one of the nastiest apartment buildings in Midtown. The landlord/ manager is horrible with the upkeep. I experienced bedbugs when I confronted her about it she stated 'bedbugs aren't a good enough reason to break the lease'. Advised me to put alcohol on my shoes and that'll keep them out. EVERY UNIT in this apartment building has bedbugs/ roach problem. Nothing is being done and nothing will be done.

Since I moved in in June 2015, they have been a problem in my apartment. Mgmt said they didn't do usual extermination between tenants and now I can't get rid of the bugs. Going to violate the lease and move out. Do not move in here, it's horrible and nobody is doing anything about it.

They are coming from the apartments next door to me, they are in the carpet in the hallway near my door and the property manager, owner and tenants are doing nothing about the problem.
