The above mentioned tenant moved out and the whole building was treated for bedbugs. There have been no more problems. The Smith Agency responded very quickly the last time and took swift action.

An apartment discovered bedbugs and followed procedure but they came back and were exterminated. A different apartment also discovered bed bugs. A tenantwith hoarding problems is suspected for being responsible for this problems as the apartment is so packed with clutter the exterminators are unable to threat that apartment. I am disgusted at the amount of time and money myself and the other affected tenants have to spend to free our suites from bedbugs when 1 tenant seems to be the problem. Wh
