this building has been sold & has new owners now the caretakers that brought in stuff from the garbage have been fired.

I used to live on Wilmot Place. This building is fallign apart. the owner doesnt care and the caretakers are garbage pickers. do not move into this building

I'm posting this so future renters will know the risk.
This building does not have a bed bug problem YET but it is only a matter of time before it does the caretakers in the building have been seen bring in Furniture from the garbage of surrounding buildings sence they got the job in nov 2008.
They don't take the city bed bug problem seriously at all and continue to bring things in.
