Unit #10... Update: No problems for a month and a half or so, I think the problem is finally solved :)

My fiance and I moved into #10 in June '07, and by July were covered in bites. This was a first for both of us and we had no idea what was going on. We finally identified a bedbug and called the management company. We followed the extensive directions, and had the place treated... now it's December, and after 8 treatments since August, we are still infested. I know other units in the building have been treated, but who knows if the other tenants are, like us, taking days off from work to prep their apartments, or spending 50+ dollars per treatment to wash all their clothing and fabrics. We give up, and are moving soon. The exterminator has been very thorough and helpful, but I think this is a lost cause.
