It is Christmas morning and last night we stayed here at the red roof inn only to get woke up by 5 bed bug bits on my arms head and bk. we even caught three of them and took them to the front desk! Did they do anything? No we r still n this room waiting for a manager. She offered us a new room but didn't offer to wash everything we had so that we don't drag them to another room if they have got that far. I am very unsatisfied with the way they r handling the situation. Like its an ant or a flea!
No it's a bed bug that no one is doing nothing about. If something don't get done I'm gunning for someone's job. I hope everyone else had a great Christmas cause mine and my families Christmas was infested with bed bugs! Future reference, do not stay at the red roof inn in lexington at the Wilhoit location!!!!
