South Commons checks for bed bugs on a regular basis since I first moved in. I've been living her going on 4 years and now have discoved we have bedbugs.

I informed the office, they examined and confrimed. However, I have had to disgard of my belongings and all my furniture. Who is responsible? I feel the association is because they have had this problem for several years and it still has not been solved.
