Found 2 reports:

I just had my daughter, so my husband has been sleeping on couch overnight. One morning I found him in my sons room and he said that something was crawling on him so he got up. I didnt think anything of it because bugs come in from the balcony all of the time, so we thought it was minor.

My nanny noticed them first but she didnt mention anything because we have never seen them before and don't even know what they looked like. One night I was watching tv and I found something very tiny crawli

ng on my neck. caught it, killed it and threw it in sink. Sat back down and it was another one, so I panicked, its no considence that theres more than one. We flipped the couch over and all hell broke loose. The couch was infested.

I decided to google bedbugs and sure enough the pictures provided online confirmed they are bedbugs.

I panicked and the first thing we did was call management. This was Friday and no one will be available to spray until Monday. No one came to inspect anything, the building sent me maintenance to throw out our couch and gave me a list of instructions to pack up our belongings in bags and place them into the bathroom.

From all the research I did online, I found out that was the wrong thing to do, not only did we spread it throughout our apartment, but its probably magnified as we speak.

Management did not let other tenants know and we are currently staying in a hotel after bathing and washing our belongings, Im too disturbed to go back home.
