I would avoid contact with this place. I booked a vacation for me, my mother and a family friend to stay here from 9/3-11 to look at potential property investments. g. I grabbed it with the paper towel, squeezed it (Blood came out...disgusting!) I called the desk, but since it was after 5:00 there was no one there taking care of the property. When we finally got someone who could make a decision, they moved us to the Shores of Panama (without fumigating our items first). I was ready to go home, but the rest of my party was willing to stay as long as it was not there. I have a clear picture of the bedbug and gave the actual bug to the person at the front desk at the Shores. The next day I was told that an exterminator came out and could not find ANY bedbugs. I was also told that the exterminator could not identify it from the picture. When pressed about that, I was told that the exterminator said that if it was a bed bug it did not come from that room. I find it hard to believe that I found the ONLY bedbug in the room! I have soaked everything in rubbing alcohol and washed and dried everything multiple times and sprayed them down with alcohol. I wonder if the owners of the condo are aware of the state of their condo, the fact that these bugs were found or that the money they pay to Oaseas to handle the cleaning is not being put to use. I would like to see the exterminator and the lady from Oaseas sleep in that bed for a night. I still have bites showing up from 7 days ago.
