The place is overunned with bed bugs. In spring of 2007 lots of foreigners were moved into the building and that started the bed bug epidemic. No written notice was sent out to All the tenants.

If you reported a problem then the issue was addressed. This is not the way you should handle such an issue both building managed by Related Management are infected. no official notification has been distributed for fear of panic and financial restitution to tenants. Do not move into these properties 1308 Clifton Street NW OR 1312 Clifton Street NW They are infested with Bed Bugs.
