Apartment management or a contractor sprayed between 10/30 and 11/02. No bedbugs were encountered before this time. After pest control came into apartments, new bedbugs in previously clean apartments appeared. Either the pest control caused the bed bugs to become more active and seek out new places to live or they were spead by the pest control tools/personnel.
