I lost a $2500 mattress and a great deal of my living room furniture due to the landlord and building owner hiring a mickey mouse outfit called On The Mark exterminators to spray the building (after 6 months of complaints) on an hourly rate. I think the guy literally sprayed donkey urine on the baseboards as the bugs didn't even flinch. What's worse...the landlord allows vagrants to move in furthering the problem. Nick, I love ya and all, but the New York '50's style of apartment leasing is far out of style. When I moved into my new place, the bugs followed. They can hide in other furniture too!!! Terminix charged me $350 to hose my new place once and I have not seen a bug (of ANY type) sence. Nick didn't pay On The Mark that much to do a 22 unit building! Way to go guys. Hows that "magic" powder doin? Yup - I am refering to diotomaceous earth these yo-yo's recommend you put on your floor to get rid of them...HA!HA!HA! Kindergarteners know this slug remedy wouldn't kill a hard shelled insect....Then again this is a step up for you guys. I do miss the place though....NOT!
