For the last 6 months, there is a constant turnover of mattresses and furniture in the trash. I have been treating my apartment religiously, and many tenants have moved out. Our dumpsters are regularly filled to the max with mattresses. When I ask the staff if we are having an outbreak of bed bugs, they say no.
