October 2012 We reported bed bugs to our leasing office and it took them about two weeks to respond. Exterminators came four times to treat the apartment. In the mean time, almost weekly we see mattresses at around the dumpsters. Although the exterminators' report indicated it was a mild outbreak the apartment crevices indicated there was old signs of prior activity.
