They're back. They are going to different apartments via the walls and through the base boards. They have been exterminated twice in the past four months.

The situation is now getting worse in the house. 2200 Leavenworth has 36 apartments on 6 floors. 30% of the apartments have been now treated for bedbugs and the first couple has given notice to the landlord to move out in the next three weeks.

A number of tenants are now seriously considering to move out. The tenants who are willing to stay are considering a law suite against the landlord, and they are assembling support for a possibly class action law suite.

Since June the infestation has

spread to 12 apartments, so roughly two new apartments every month have been infested. We now also have confirmation that the bedbugs have spread from the third floor, where the infestation started, to the first, second and forth floor. So, more than 66% of the floors have now been infested.

If you are planning to move to 2200 Leavenworth, consider the current situation.
