the itching never stops at this SRO Hotel....the carpets are not cleaned and tenants are mentally ill and do not realize they are being eaten alive.

NASTY MATTRESSES ARE NOT CHANGED ONLY SPRAYED WITH GALLONS OF PESTICIDE.. SO IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP THE BED BUGS MAY BE DEAD THAT NIGHT BUT THE POWERFUL BED BUG KILLING PESTICIDES WILL KILL YOU. THIS OUTBREAK WILL CONTINUE OVER AND OVER AGAIN WITH A THIS CURRENT MANAGEMENT TEAM THAT DOES NOT READILY RESPOND TO TENANT COMPLAINTS, CHANGE SHEETS OR MATTRESSES. 8-26-11

There have been several outbreaks of Bedbugs at the Norma Hotel.The Manager does not change the bedding sprays on top of it. Bed Bugs have not been taken care of at this hotel.
