We have had bed bugs for the last 7 months. They spray our apartment every 2 weeks but it does little to fix the issue (when they do actually spray when they say they will). It is a tremendous inconvenience to pack up our entire house into bags, wash everything and find a place to keep the cat for a day to allow for the bed bug spraying. We receive bites about every week. Consider this when renting from this location.

The place is festering with these things. been fending them off for months to no avail. And Davis-Paul, along with everything else, is reluctant to do anything at all about the problem. Stay away from this building.

I am moving out after 4 months of being eaten alive. If you rent from this place, prepare to throw everything you own away and expect Davis Paul to completely ignore the situation. I am breaking my lease and taking it to court.

fucking awful! this building blows. we had mice, and a horrible bedbug infestation. beware, don't move in unless you feel like eventually throwing away almost everything you own. bedbugs have been a continuous problem in this building for over 2 years now, and we were never warned when we moved in.

Been battling them for months now. Management didn't notify neighboring units of their presence. My reactions to the bites are severe and I have insomnia because I'm afraid to go to bed and get bit. 2nd round of spraying pending. This process is costly financially and mentally. Be informed if you plan on moving here.

I asked when we moved in this building if bedbugs were a problem and they told us they weren't. Now 7 months later I'm getting bit up - but oddly my spouse and roommate are not. I cought a few teeny little ones, that's all I've seen - exterminator says they're stage 2. I would hate to see stage 5. When I asked the apt mgr about extermination they said they've been battling them for about 7 months. We're clean people - can't say the same for the rest of the bldg - so I am wondering why us?! Starting a month ago I got these little red bumps one right next to another and decided to simply replace my bed pillows sheets and clean and spray my entire apt. # 35. They returned after i got a new bed and I am still getting bit. THIS is ridiculous!!! I am trying to get help from management but am still in the process.

Yeah we had them in apt 48 in May. They sprayed and they are gone now. Hopefully. We\'re moving away. This building sucks

My apartment is infested!!! I live in apt 38 and my roommate and I have bites all over. I'm afraid to return home.6/11/08
