922 Post is being treated. Many tenants do not bother to comply with pre-treatment requirements, and so their apartments cannot be sprayed. The problem with this building, and many others, is that tenants seem to think they don't have any responsibility in helping get rid of the bugs.

It takes several weeks to treat a serious infestation, and a single careless tenant can ruin it all by reinfesting the building.

I also live at 922 Post Street, and have bedbugs along with other "criters" too. There are probably more tenants that have them but have not reported this to the management. Many people are very embarassed by these terrible and insidious bugs. I know I am. How can we get rid of these awful bugs? Asof today 2/14/10 we are still infested.

Bruno Apartments is located at 922 Post Street, San Francisco, CA 94109. On July 16, 2009, the local Department of Building Inspection issued a Notice of Violation against the landlord, demanding that he eliminate bedbugs from one of the apartments of his building within 30 days.

On September 10, the local Department of Health issued a similar Notice to Abate Nuisance on behalf of the same tenant, giving the landlord another 30 days to eliminate the pests.

To date, neither Notice has been
