Everything about that place was filthy and disgusting. The smell isn't even manageable if you're a smoker, but most rooms smelled like as if the cigarette smell was absorbed into the carpet and walls!

We have horrible swollen bites on arms and hands. After we have informed the Management of the Hotel about the bed bugs (and cockroaches) we were asked to check out the next day, without even offering a refund or

The Phoenix Hotel

We all recieved bites - in a line - that itch like crazy. And the hotel said we were crazy as well, but the looks between the staffers told us they had heard this before!
