The building is nice, and the management nicer. But, the fourth floor has had a bed bug problem in early 2010 -- I know in at least two units. In one unit, the tenant has seen the bed bugs, but not been bitten, while the second apartment's tenants have been bitten repeatedly. PCOs have come to spray 2-3 times already this year.

i had bed bugs issue but management took care of it right away they are exelent at taking responsability right away

within 24 hours and they also resprayed our room

when we had a reocurrence-

they are very theril

and the james otto claim is fake hes never had bed bugs!

Gee, I have never had a problem with bugs at this
building and I have lived here a number of years.
And I have lived in several different apartments including the 3rd floor.

We have lived in the building for almost a year now and have not had any problems with bedbugs or
any type of bites. So we find there is nothing to report to anyone. We love it here and plan on staying for a long time

Well I live on the 3rd floor of this buiilding
and have lived here for almost a year and have
never had a problem with bedbugs or any type of
insects. I do know that if there is a problem that
the management is on top of things very fast and gets it taken care of.

i moved out a few months back after getting bugs in my room on the 3rd floor i didnt know we could report them the managers said they would spray but 3 days after my room was "treated" i was still getting new bites. i decided to move out and get a new wardrobe and bedding when i got to my new place. i like this building but with the multiple times i have been bitten i decided it was best to go. so i leave this as a warning to people looking at this building. and hope the others that have gotten

We are the apartment managers of this address.
We want to inform you regarding these two listings
are not valid listings

The one from Mr James Otto did not report this He is shocked and would like this removed. The man does not have an computer and DOES NOT HAVE BED BUGS.

The second listing the woman in the listing did say she had bedbugs everytime we had her apartment treated for bedbugs they never found
any evidence of any bedbugs in her unit. After she moved out our painter when in

i dont understand what is happening

first i tought i had some type of sexual,

infection from my days in the navy or

my rendevous in tijuana..

but after checking with my doctor

they said it was bed bugs

the managers are great but i may have to move.

I LIVE NEARBY. ONE EVENING IN LATE AUGUST 2008 A YOUNG WOMAN AND HER FRIENDS WERE PACKING A VAN AND SHE WAS MOVING OUT OF A COMPLEX AT 326 JUNIPER STREET SAN DIEGO CA. 92101.

SHE WAS EMOTIONALLY HIGHLY DISTRAUGHT. I ASKED WHAT WAS WRONG -- I COULD SEE SHE WAS THROWING MANY MANY THINGS AWAY AND LOADING A VAN -- AND SHE SAID AND HER FRIENDS CONFIRMED:

"THERE WERE BEDBUGS ALL OVER MY APARTMENT. ALL OVER ME. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?"
