PS- If any potential tenants or readers have even a hint of doubt 1443 N. Alvarado is infested with bed bugs, look no further than the dates on these postings. Gino and Johnny's lies go as far back as a year on here. I moved in July 2011.

Apartment 104, among with many others, are infested with Bed bugs. I am an upstanding, clean tenant who was subjected to months of bed bug bites before I ran out for my life. If Gino chooses to deny these facts, I have 2 tupperware containers of my most precious clothes infested in bed bugs with no way of cleaning them. By the way, he laughed in my face while bed bugs swarmed my Christian lacroix wedding gown and crawled up my arm while I was attempting to move out my possessions.

This building is a Nightmare yes with a capital N. Not only is that person Gino not the manager he is a thug hired by the owner to check up on tenants. If you do get bed bugs in this building which many tenats have you will be subject to the Crystal Meth dealing maintnence guy fucking your apt up but his clientelle streaming through your unit. The above person IS NOT the manager of the building at this address. The manager is a kindly old lady named Frances. I know of six people who moved out of the building because of the bedbug problem. Also, the so-called "maintenance man" who is employed by the landlord is a drug dealer. so if you move into this building be prepared to not only deal with the bedbugs, but also the steady stream of junkies going in and out of the the building to score drugs.

I manage the apartments at 1443 Alvarado St.
Los Angeles. When tenants stated that there
apartments had bed bugs even though I could not
find one bed bug also the Health Dept. inspected for bed bugs and did not find one bed bug,I called an externinator of the tenants choice.
I am surprised that this site post false reports without checking into the credibility
of a tenant who was behind in rent.

There is bedbug infestation in this building. The landlord is not taking the necessary steps to deal with it. Do not move into this building.
