I lived in apartment 7 from 12/06 to 1/10. I discovered bedbugs 11/09 I told the landlord. He offered to replace the carpet and alleged that it would be fine after that. I told him he needed to treat the whole 7 unit building but he refused and so I left... I showed him bugs that I captured and he still didn't care. He always did all the repairs and pest management himself. We also had a major ant problem. I had to throw everything away :(
