After living in the suite for a few months, our room was ridden with bed bugs which resulted in months of inconvenience, throwing out a virtually brand new mattress and potential infestation of a new couch.

The neighbors said they hadn't had problems that year, but our suite was infested.

The landlord had it sprayed, we had to purchase mattress covers and keep our belongings in storage and adopted the habit of vacuuming daily.

Ask, before you rent!
