Posting by "Honesty" (below) is not accurate or he's misinformed. I suspect that this posting was by the building manager or one of the owners. My daughter lived in this building in 2009 and lived in a beautiful suite that was severely infested by bedbugs. After fumigation was arranged, they just kept coming back through cracks and holes for wiring and plumbing as the bedbugs had infested the entire building. I can confirm that by the time she moved out she was very traumatized by th
e experience (staying up all night washing every single piece of clothing, bagging it all in sealed bags, etc).

In 2009 some renters came up with a plan to reduce rent in this building, so they made up this and guess wat it owrked, from $1400 for new 2 bed 2 bath unit, the prices came down to til $900 becoz no one wanted to rent here, i was approached with this plan in 2009 but i don't like it, i felt wats wrong is wrong so i didn't go forward but the others did. I also benefited from this my rent came down from $1400 to $800 monthly for 2 bedroom, me and my family of 2 kids til live here with cheap rent
happily without any problems or any bed bug problems. Since most owner here own serveral units they agreed for these cheap rents thinking there's actually bed bugs here, like i said b4 i don't like doing wrong things so just wanted to take it off my chest. May god bless ya all.

Almost all units are seriously infested with bedbugs, making most units unlivable.
Treatment began last week.

Bed bugs were confirmed in numerous units in this building after the canine inspection on September 4, 2009. Treatment has yet to commence.

There are posters in the lobby of the building, warning of bed bug encounters in "various suites". Bug sniffing dogs are coming through on September 4.
