We stayed at this hotel on July 30, 2011 only because it was close to the Crystal Grand Music Theatre. We went to bed and didn't notice any problems until we woke up in the morning. The beds were infested with bed bugs. We had them crawling on our clothes,the sheets, and bed spreads. We contacted the front desk and they said there was not a manager there to refund our money. We stayed here April 20th because this was the only pet friendly hotel we could find late at night. I made the mistake of checking the bed bug registry before going to bed. Big mistake, although if I had my computer connected i would have done it before checking in. Anyways, I went to the room and checked the bed with my LED flashlight and didnt see anything. As of September 2010 this place is infested with bedbugs and fleas as the place cannot afford to pay an exterminator. Travelers BEWARE!
