HOTEL DISPUTES CLAIM FROM 11/29/12 ANONYMOUS POSTING
The guest stayed with us for four nights and on the fourth night came to the front desk to complain about a bed bug in her room. Our staff, who is trained in bed bug detection, had no findings of any bed bugs upon initial inspection of her room. This room was inspected by a certified NESDCA bed bug detecting dog after the guest departed. T
he dog handler also did a visual inspection of this guest’s room and adjacent rooms with no findings of bed bugs by handler or dog. We are able to provide documentation regarding this inspection if needed. Our rooms are routinely inspected by certified NESDCA bed bug detecting dogs. We are a very proactive hotel in dealing with bed bugs and try to do our due diligence to protect the safety of our guests.
