Hello my name is Meredith Rainville, GM for the Travelodge City Center.
I feel that this reporting of bed bugs at our location in not accurate. This person never spoke with us regarding this issue...it just suddenly appeared on this website. I would think that if a guest was bitten by bed bugs, they would certainly let the management know immediately and expect some sort of

examined the rooms as well. There were no findings or signs of the bugs in our entire hotel. In addition and aside from this claim, we train our staff for what signs to look for with bed bugs and our Director of Housekeeping inspects for them daily. Being a hotel manager, I have done a lot of research on this topic since it's becoming so prevalent in hotels, hospitals, apartment buildings and now even movie theaters. This website simply posts anything written about this topic and does not call the person who posted this topic to validate the claim. It is questionable if the person posting has ever visited the establishment. We have tried, on many occasions, to contact the website owner and they have not responded to our many emails. I assure all current and future guests that we would pursue any incident with serious vigor, and do take many preventative measures to ensure that such a situation ever arises at our location.
